Wow...my first blog post, and I'm actually trolling myself. Way to go, me!
Well, I'm starting this blog because I need to improve my writing skills. Like, a lot. [Note the flippant use of the word "like". Am I not hip?] And the internet nerd in me is saying that starting a blog to learn how to write is like jumping in the ocean to learn how to swim; basically, it is like asking for flames to be blasted at me through an internet flamethrower. But, I need to do something productive to prove to myself that the internet isn't an evil time-wasting monster, and that I can totally focus long enough to finish a project I start. [And...I'm rambling. Remember what I said about not being able to write?]
Anyway, now I have a post up, and I guess this is my space to write whatever I want! (Sweet.)
But I promise this is the last post I ever do where I sound like a twelve-year-old trying to "express herself and find out who she really is".
